Russian owned, but not built. They just recently were purchased by Smolensky, the 24 yr/old heir of huge ammounts of Russian oil $$$. But, the cars are still built in Blackpool, like they have been for some time. They just have $$$ to work with now. But, they always have been, and hopefully always will be, the "Blackpool Bombers"
