First, remove the original pics from your first post, it's difficult to manuver the page with this set-up.

Do you have photoshop, or just MS Paint?

 

To make them as thumbnails, you host them directly to evoM.

i.e. When posting, make sure you are not doing a quick post (if unsure, press Alt+X). Go to Manage Attachments. Upload up to 5 pics that are under 100kb. If you want to show the full version as I did, copy the URL of the thumbnail into the post and surround it by the IMG brackets.
