do you guys think a toyota corolla 2003 is good?

its cheaper yes but imo looks crappy and id rather get a es and get an intake and run better then a toy

Good for old people? Sure... My grandfather has one... He likes it pretty well...

 

I think the Corolla S is pretty sharp looking.. although it needs a serious drop.. if you have ever driven behind one, you would know what I mean....

 

Anyone know how it handles? The Corolla S was actually one of the cars I was looking into before I bought the Lancer. The other cars were the Nissan Se-R and the Protege. I pretty much had my heart set on the Lancer though.

corolla is a good car imo. The S isnt bad looking but the rear skirt drives me nuts cuz its 2 pieces and really ugly

 

are you planning on buying one? personally i like mitsu interiors the best of any car under audi price range. i also think the lancer had the best exterior of the cars i was considering. and when i test drove it, i fell in love and needed to have it. go test drive the corolla and see what you think.

 

the corolla is definitely an old person's car. the s is better but still not my cup of tea.

 

I'm actually a fan of the Corolla. The S model suffers from OZ'itis in the fact that it only "looks fast". No sense in getting additional heavy urethane pieces just to look good since the S does not get an upgraded motor. The HP and TQ stats for the Corolla are the inverse of the Lancer at 130/120. Not bad for a bitty econobox engine with less displacement. It's a good car for the money.

 

It is a decent car IMO, definitely not as sharp as the Lancer though. The interior is a bit elderly compared to the OZ IMO, and the S looks wack. The LE looks good, but still is no where near as as the Lancer.

 

i think its still ugly as f@$!
