I think I have every right to complain about the people who didn't answer my question. Either they have listening skills problems, or are wearing their "car freak blinders". All I asked for is information on the SVT focus -- nothing more.

While I'm sure there are plenty of people who think they are helping me out by recommending other cars, all they are doing is wasting my time and/or their time. I've already made it very clear in previous posts that I'm only interested in information about ONE SPECIFIC CAR.

Now once again -- don't bother posting unless you have some helpful information on the SVT Focus.

My friend drives a ZX3 and in my opinion if the svt is anything like the other focus models it is a POS.

Thanks. This is exactly the type of feedback I was looking for.

your right, this is "other cars", but what I was saying (tryin to say, forgive me) is that you would get better info on a focus forum (focusfanatics.com).

Don't worry, I've posted to Focus forums too.

yeah cabo just cool it man and not come off so harsh.

but as i said i drive an svt and i really enjoy the handling and performance(although no evo by any means) and look. But as someone stated it is the most recalled vehicle out there and its a bit less reliable. Just get one then throw on the JR s/c like i'll be doing next month then your set.

Yes I think we are. The point is you're being a D!CK. Twelve people took time out of their lives to try and help you. Twelve people answered specifically about a Focus or SVT. The others only tried to make you aware of other possibilities.

Geez....what a TOOL!

Focuses arent that bad. I was thinking of doing the same thing because I am going to buy a house soon and could use the extra cash. I havent driven a svt but the pzev 2.3 that i have driven was pretty nice.

You ask for our help, yet you are whining like a little girl when things don't go your way. You mentioned specifically about saving money and cutting costs, hence why I mentioned the VW Jetta TDI, as it has better fuel economy and better reliability than the SVT.

Stop being an ungrateful buffoon.

That's about where I am (just bought a townhouse). I'll see what this dealer can do and go from there. My biggest concern is quality, so I may stick with the EVO if I feel like the car isn't going to last. A lemon could easily cost me more than the EVO in a long term situation.
