Question Any Previous 350Z/G35 Owners here?

How do they compare to the Evo? Any pros and cons? Just want to know since for some reason I suddenly became interested with the two. TIA.

I have a 350Z and test drove EVO's as well. I love both cars very much but they are so completely different it's really hard to compare. If you value strictly performance than the EVO is your guy. If you want a mix of performance with pure sports car looks inside and out then the Z will probably be to your liking. The main thing that caused me to get the Z though is that it was about $5k cheaper than an EVO and about $9k cheaper than an MR. I haven't regretted my purchase of the Z for a second....it's a fantastic performer and looks so good I still drool every time I go into the garage.

two different cars, speaking on the g35... its pure luxary. If you want the performance and modding ability get the evo, but if you want peformance with looks inside and out and luxary stand point, get the g35.

Had an 03 350Z. Nice car, was quick, handled very good. Basic aftermarket bolt-ons add minimal power though. You need N02 or forced induction to make it considerably faster. Also had very limited room in the trunk.

Made Nissan buy my Z back because it was a lemon so look out for 2003 and some 2004 Zs which had several issues. Go to my350z.com and go to the "repair" section to read up on issues people are having. I realize no car is perfect, but The early 350Z had some problems.

I would prob own a G35 as a daily driver, but would def keep the EVO still. Nothing like turbocharged vehicle.

Good luck.
