You can put any motor in you want... They come as rolling chassis or kits. I happen to like the Chevy short block V8 383 stroked.

Thumbs up Nice!!!

What a beautiful ride! Not that it wouldn't be impressive already with it being 2100 lbs and having the Chevy motor in there, but with a couple turbos helping it along I'm sure it'd be AMAZING

Congrats!!!

I don't see why you couldn't just put that engine into pretty much any light weight kit car and get the same results, and for a lot less dough? What's so appealing about this particular car? I mean if you took that additional $60k and put it into your evo, you could probably outrun an M. F1 also. You could proably lighten the EVO, and make enough additional HP to more than make up the diff. This thing is sort of like an expensive go cart. I'm not sure I see what the appeal is other than you probably will never run into another person with the same car?

Well i guess your right.... you could make a honda civic as fast as a Mclaren F1/Enzo i guess. Here are some reasons,

1. All around performance (the Ultima Chassis was used to develop the Mclaren F1 engine)(this very car different engine/tires was used in Lemans)
2. Better performance than the Mclaren F1 for a tenth the cost. F1=1,000,000+ My GTR=$90,000
3. It looks F'n SEXY! (to me perfect in every way, its how i would draw my dream car if i could draw!)
4. When i took a ride in one (the UK) with less HP then mine.... I felt sick

5. WORLD RECORD 0-100-0 9.8 seconds

6. I could go on all day but im tired....

I think Jack is going with a Banks twin turbo setup to replace the supercharger on his Malibu. Maybe you should ask him about that?

Saw one of these last summer built up with a C5R motor in it. Car was absolutely awesome. You should go meet the guy out west (Utah i think?) that has a GTR with a 1300 hp custom twin turbo setup on a GM racing crate motor.

Anyways....()%*ing sick car.
