That's the price you pay for exclusivity I guess....but not worth it for me......would invest my money on a Noble or new Z06 if I wanted a bad *** car for that amount.

it's not really the price you pay for exclusivity. it's the price you pay for making the conversions that make it legal in america.

Seems somewhat reasonable. MotoRex back in the day imported GTRs for ~90k after everything was said and done I think.

I'd rather have a new z06 plus an '06 IX RS if I were in the mood to drop $100k on cars...that would still leave about $4k for tire money pretax

Affording it has nothing to do with it. I can afford it but would never consider it.

All of a sudden..the japanese market seems to be focusing on naturally aspirated engines with their variable valve timing to create power. I wish Japanese automakers went back to the age of twin turbos like in the 3000gt, 300zx, supra, rx7..etc...now everything is just non turbo. i think of this because of the infinity g35 and 350z coupe. Oh Well.

Its also a "used" car that originally cost in the $30K range.

Just save a bit more and spend the $170K on a "new" Nismo ZTune. 60 in 3s, 1/4 in 10 flat... "stock". Nothing even comes close, hell, it beats the Enzo but 1 second (10 cars) in the 1/4! If you're going to blow $100K or more on a Skyline, may as well get the best.

Good call, or better yet, buy a GT3.
