It's not a ripoff if you want one.

Not a rip off.

And they are legal in the U.S. (motorex had to put 5 or so of them throught the hoops, now they're legal if converted correctly).

Look at how much motorex imports R34 V-spec II's anyway. They're around $100K. Then notice that the engine in there is now 3.0 liters, as compared to the stock 2.6 liters. Does this sound like a rebuild to anyone out there? How many companies offer rebuilds? Not many, and they certainly aren't cheap. Suddenly paying $100K for a Skyline with a nice motor (and 430whp, apparently) - which is what you would have to pay for one anyway - plus not having to wait the 6 months for one to come from Japan - doesn't sound too bad.

If youre a skyline admirer it may be fine but its just another car to many and not worth the 100k. Doesnt really matter how rare it is over here its not worth a 100k in my book and not worth much in the actual Japanese market. But hey, if it would add to your collection and make you happy its your money. Its like that with many other collections and hobbies out there.

It has Texas plates. The seller is in Austin and so is the car.
