hahah...I hate to admit it, but with $15k buying a Ralliart would be a poor choice. I'd get a Mustang GT, or if you have to deal with snow, maybe a used SUV, 4Runner or Nissan Xterra?

Thanks for the help everyone

Man i drove my mom surubu outback, and it drove me nuts. I couldnt stand how it doesnt turn at all. I dont know how to word it but ill turn the steering weel all the way to the right and the car just wont make turns sharply. I coulnt park in that thing to save my life....

I have a long time to think, beacause the **** dmv changed the laws in maryland. You have to have a learners permit for 6 months, and have 60 hours of drive time before you get your license. Then when you finialy get your license, you cant transport minors until you are 17 and 1 month old. bs...

So in the meanwhile im really gunna look into the cars you suggested, thanks again

One more to think about 95-97 Volvo 850 Turbo or TypeR and the 98-00 Volvo S70/V70 T5 or Type R out of the box they come with 243hp-267hp 0-60 in about 6.2 seconds. They are very safe and the engine and tranny are bulletproof. My friend picked one up from a dealer for 8K and with under $2000 in mods he made 314hp on the dyno. It is also full of options and safety stuff. Here is a website to check out...

The only problem with the mustang is insurance rates for younger people. I had a mustang when I was 16 and the bare minimum insurance was $200/month with no tickets. I got the lancer when I was 19 and with full coverage it's half that.
