Lexus IS350 Dynochart (1st)

This is the first dynojet run I have seen of a bone stock low mileage IS350. In comparison a 6spd E46 M3 puts down between 265 and 275hp on a dynojet.

Very nice, I knew those cars were underrated, 350Zs are making anywhere from 230-250WHP stock from what I've seen.

Wow, now that is flat dyno chart. Uptop is a smooth constant pull, that's great! Dyno higher than a 350z and g35, :sighs:

Anyone have dyno graphs of 350z or g35? I'm curious to see what they look like. Stock of course.

Nice, that's some good power. I want to see what my Charger R/T will put down on a Dynojet.

Green = stock
Red = JWT, plenun, headers, highflow cats, exhaust
Blue = Mods listed in paragraph (swapped highflows for testpipes)

That IS350 still has about 10-15 whp left in it with a simple SAFC....look at those AFR's in the 10's for a naturally aspirated car? Push that on up and see some extra ponies.

I'm not sure what kind of slush box is in the IS350, but it appears to only be losing about 13% through the tranny/drivetrain based on the results of the dynojet chart.

I've seen another dyno of the IS350 as well and with a manifold back exhaust, it made 20 more whp than stock (and had a TON more torque around 3k than the stocker did).

The 350 is a wonderful car, I really enjoyed the test drive, but it won't ever be on my list until it comes with a manual tranny and none of that "chicktronic" business which is the worst "manumatic" experience I've ever had in a car.

Impressive. That curve looks nice for merging onto the express way.
