I’m glad someone said it. No offence buddy but its hard enough being a teen, or anyone -20 owning an Evo, on this forum hearing “you’re spoiled” without them even knowing you. The last thing we need is a more negative appearance.

Those aside, if you are going to race him, please keep it on the track. I have seen to many Evos go down in my area because, I hate to say it, kids keep flipping them or destroying axils while “trying” to drift into curbs.


P.S. if you couldnt tell or havent read any of my other posts, im 18 and take good care of and pay for my Evo.

 

Damn, this thread is really making teenage drivers like me (18) look really stupid. Except I don't start Fast and the Furious type racial team battles. This is what you do:
1) Just ignore him. There's always going to be someone talking crap and if you acknowledge them everytime they say something, you will be snooping down to their level.
2)Go to school. I'm sorry to say it but use some proper English man.
3)Prove to everyone that doubts you what you are made of by taking it to the track and putting down a decent time.

If none of that works, just find a different crowd to hang with. Chill with some more positive people. Not only will they keep stress off your shoulders, but hopefully they can be a knowledgable group that can give you input and help with your car.

 

240's are fast and cheap...my friend built a low 12 second one for 8k

Exactly. I used to have the same problem. My mom made me take anger management classes. Didn't want to but they helped me alot. I get in alot less trouble.
