but man, btwn the 2jz the the rb26...its a tough choice for me...both are serious power plants.

 

Watch it very closely. Its 2 vids spliced. Right when it takes off and passes the passenger...

 

that supra sounds EXACTLY like my buddy's, its got a TH400 w/ a GT47-88 on it, which is what this car has, i'll bet anybody that thats exactly what that supra has

 

I think your right, as soon as the camera pans past the A pillar the acceleration change is too mcuh.

Sure sure--- That car rockets from 50mph to at least 150mph in less than 3 seconds in the first video. Motor Trend did a pretty thorough evaluation of similiarly configured tuner cars in the June Issue and the performance on the street was much more tame. 60-120mph acceleration tests yielded times of approximately 7-10 seconds for the quickest cars.

 

i read something somewhere justifying the video to be legit...

i shall get back to u guys if i ever find the justification. if not, i'll be the first to admit that i got tricked and PWN3D

the thread on supraforums about this video concluded that the video's real. any supra with that set up basically pulls like that.....

it looks fake, but with that much power and a huge turbo lag, i think it could be real

 

looks amazing. Definitely need a daytime video, shot from a full-time, full-view perspective

i think its real, theres a couple of 1500+rwhp supras out there.
