I still think 660s are overkill on a 16g... :-/

Well, what would you recommend for this kind of set-up. And do you have any ideas how much its going to be pushing?

A 16G maxes out at maybe 320 at the wheels. 550's are probably enough for that, but 660's won't hurt, really.

I'm in the same boat..... Just bought a 1990 eclipse GSX as a daily driver for me and as a project drag car for the wife (she is from PA, go figure).

I have already dropped some $$ on it and it is getting close to being driveable.

Gatorade, how did you see classifieds on DSMtalk if you just registered? I have been registered now for a while and cant see anything.

btw - Speedomodel, that car looks great!

Thanks, and good choice yourself. It's always great to pass a 1 or 2G DSM on the street that's been taken care of. My mechanic and I were just commenting the other day how every year there's fewer and fewer nice one's left. Now you need to convince Robi to create the ultimate 1G suspension for us.

ha, if Robi got his hands on it I'd be so broke.... I already put KYB AGX's w/ Tein springs, SS brake lines, ST rear sway bar, evo9 wheels & tires... handles good for a street car.

Fixed leaking capacitors on ECU and got it socketed... got a built engine in it already (from previous owner), 2.5k on it since the rebuild. Balance and blue printed. Wiseco 8:3.1 pistons, bored .20 over, eagle rods, arp bolts (head, rods, main) balance shafts removed, MLS head gasket, new exhaust vavles, 3-angle vavle job... sound good?

Right on. That motor sounds stout, and I'm sure Buschur will know which turbo is right for you. If it hasn't already been done, I'd get TRE to rebuild the transmission and also swap in a 4-bolt rear-end.

DSMtuners is the site with the classifieds:

http://www.dsmtuners.com/classifieds/

I've got a 94 Talon turbo as my daily driver. It's completely stock with less than 80k miles, fully loaded, 5-spd. Not sure how much longer I am going to keep it, but it's a nice little ride.
