Twin turbo Ls1 runs 9.6@8lbs of boost!
For anyone interested in a quick read car ran a 9.6@146mph at 8lbs of boost. He's still sandbagging 400rwhp should be good for high 8's

this is nothing new. the guy probably has the Lingenfelter 427 twin turbo package. a corvette was featured on the discovery channel & they lined it up next to a jet & it kept up till the jet took off. this same kit had an Escalade truck running 12.5's...

The idea is nothing new....but the setup is unique, to that vehicle at least.
For the most part everything looks custom. I know he'd benefit from something more like a pair of well matched BB Gt35'S BUT WHO NEEDS IT AT THAT POWER LEVEL?
The coolest thing is, I always had trouble at the track with the "Carbs is always better....always better blah blah"
But guys like this guy with the camaro are into the technology really get a kick out of the Evo's and STi's.....and get just as annoyed as us at the Civics with NAWZ YO.....
Just like REALY Harley guys...dudes who've been riding for years. They used to get a kick out of my bike making more power than their's at 600cc versus 2000cc's pof their twin......
One guy took my 183.3whp ZX12R for a ride and he came back laughing so hard he wanted to trade.
The rivalries, what Im saying, are NOT fro, the simple fact of big motor versus small motor...American vs Japanese........
Its TECHY guys versus traditionalists.......
But this LS1 is wild...absolutely wild.

haha yeah those ls1s are crazy... i have one of them as well as the evo.... afr 205 heads, ms3 cam, fast 90/90 kooks 1 7/8 longtubes,along with a wet kit..... and the rest of the bolt ons... viper spec t56 and a moser 12 bolt.... dynoed at 650 686.....
