So does anyone know if they do sell them in Canada? Or just in Japan?

I don't think they were officially sold in Canada but a few people over there seem to have them. RHD imports.

I don't think they were made in LHD at all. And they ceased production in 2002.

you could get any car u want over here just u have to take the time and actully read the rules and laws on importing cars. and when i say read i mean read it. if you do enough research u would find enough loopholes and u could get any car u want. i don't care what everyone else says u could get what ever car u want. just work on how to figure out on how to get it here.

Alright thanks. I was mainly wondering about if they sold them in Canada because they might be LHD, making it easier to drive here in the states. I know a little bit about importing cars and I have read some stuff on it, but until I have the cash it's just a waste of time for me. Hopefully one day I can have an s15. :dreams:

No they are not sold in Canada, legally. Like any other service from the states, you could bring it over, but you cannot register the s15 as a legal street car. Chances are you're gonna have to cough up quite a lot of cash to risk the loopholes or wait till its the 15yr salvage period, which might be a while.

No. Nissan stopped its production in 02 because of the impending arrival of the 350z. What the person saw is probably a conversion . . . there are enough S14.5 to have done so on cali.

"get you one, with a US title for ~26k"

As for loopholes, I just gotta believe a "sucker is born every moment". It's a good as urban myth of my brother's sister's cousin's husband who has a friend that know some guy in Africa, etc . . .. It's good internet bluff garnering "cool points" amongst the desperate, needy-spree people or like the highway patrol wanting to race you on the interstate w/o giving you a ticket later.

I've never seen a s15 here in Canada. From what I know you can import any car as long as it is at least 15 years old. There's actually a company here in Alberta that imports cars like R32 (I think) skylines, MR2s, 240sxs, etc..
