Trying to sell the Evo now and trying to figure which of these I should go for. Want something fun, pratical, and it will be a daily driver. Need to stay under $30k!

id go for the saleen, ive driven every car on your list except the saleen although ive driven same gen steeda modified mustang non s/c at that was pretty fun. i think youd miss the evo after owning any of those cars for awhile though.

I'd say go for an 01-02 S4 (are the 03's and 04's the same or is that the new generation?) Anyways I'm referring to the one with the B5 V6 engine. Reasoning is that they're hugely modifiable and have a great aftermarket. Buddy of mine drives one with twin K04 turbo upgrades, RS4 intercoolers, and a host of supporting mods. He's making something like 450ft-lb torque and his ride is as street friendly as the day he took if off the dealership lot, plus it retains the comfort of an Audi.
