What should I do next to my car?

I have a 2005 Dodge SRT-4 with progress springs, window tint, an AGP WGA and I am torn as to what I should do next. I thought of doing coilovers but most say that an SRT-4 with springs, sway bars and a rear strut bar is MORE than enough for daily driving AND occassional track trips and to put my money elsewhere unless I was going to be at the road course alot. I also wanted to get some wheels but it is one of those mods that you don't even really know you have unless your out side of the car looking at it, or in pictures... nice but not that satisfying. Here is the list of things I want to do to my car, but what should I do next I want to spend $700 or so max.

HIDs: They look amazing, both functional and great looking and something I must have at one point for the car during my ownership $250-300

TBE: CTI 3" Turbo back sounds down right EVIL but does not improve the look of the car at all though it will give me another 10-15hp $550-600

Hotchkis Sway Bars: Tightens up the suspension but is it really THAT noticable or worth it when I don't even have coilovers? $310

DC Rear Strut Bar: Would go with the Hotchkis sways to finish my handling set up minus coilovers if I ever even bother $150

BOV w/UHP: HKS or Greddy, sure sounds sweet but does NOTHING but add pimp points $300-350

CF hood/trunk: Can't afford both and my car is black so it doesn't look that great $500 each

CTA Smoked Headlights: Look SWEET but aren't cheap and I'd need HIDs so I'd just end up blowing $500 on LIGHTS

I need suggestions as to what combination I should go with, any other suggestions are welcome I just want the best out of my money I have to spend because it isn't often I have it to spend. $700 budget. Pics below of the car as it stands
