There is a video of a busa on streetfire.net that is lightly built internally and it STOMPS that thing. HA HA. This is why bikes rule boys!

How old is that video? That car has been throught a lot of stages... first just the pulley, then some spray, then the small turbos, now the bigger turbos.

i'm not able to watch the video myself but i can imagine it's a pretty mean ride this guy has, not just show but go too and plenty of it if your talking 245mph+!

he didnt "**** away all that money" even though he got beat ... by a BIKE ....i'm sure ... EVERY time he touches the pedal he's OK with the decision he's made

I see where your coming from but what your not understanding is that "bikes rule" is a bold statement cause in the grand scheme of things, they dont. Fastest 1/4 times are held by? Oh yea a car. AND even Valentino Rossi's lap times look like club race times compared to a lot of cars. not to mention that if your comparing a ford gt to a modded busa you might as well be comparing it to a full drag car cause the ONLY thing a even lightly modded busa does well is go fast. Sure there was a lot of money was spent but for some the rewards you get from spending that kind of money is well worth it.
He does software development stuff. Lots of contracts with the government. A few weeks ago, a bunch of guys rented out an old airstrip and had at it. There was Joe's GT TT and another one that is black that I believe was turboed by another shop. Joe's car lost traction on the 2-3 shift I think and spun in front of the Black GT. Pretty high pucker factor!
