94's are a bit heavier than the old fox-bodies, therefore a bit slower. also, there are other variables not mentioned, like the mustangs rear gears, is it auto or 5-speed? these things make a big difference. IMO, the stang you describe with a stock rear and 5-speed is a mid to low 13-second car.

haha this reminds me of when i was going to work 1 day...2 guys in a mustang cut me off as i was crusing minding my own business, and then switched back into the lane next to me..so i got next to em (all i know he had was exhaust, intake, and poss a few other mods)..from about a 20-25 roll they punched it and i did about a second after they did and i took them pretty well. By 60-70, i was more than 4 or 5 car lengths ahead. all i had was 3inch catless tbe, intake, boost set at 20psi, and that was pretty much it
