quite an improvement, i would say. overall build quality, engine, handling, etc. the lancer was a great first car learning exprerience, i would say it was perfect as a first car. time to move on. i want to thank this forum for all the awesome info. also, if someone could please recommend a good mazda forum that has as much info as this one.

I drive my girlfriends mazda3 every once in awhile. Its sooo cramped for the driver I get closter phobic.

 

Make sure you got a good motor mount....

nice car...i stopped by the dealer with my friend and had him testdrive it with me in the back(possible rsx trade). It sounds nice, pulls good and has ok room. Not too bad for under 25,000.

 

Nice ride, I only wish that the MS3's were AWD.... but then I guess it'd be too close of a competitor for the MS6.

There is an air filter mod for that car that makes mega horsepower(I am not kidding).

It seems like the design or the restriction of the oem filter is yielding mega hp on that engine, I have seen it, I have heard it from a guy running at my local track. Hopefully you will find out about the mod I am talking about soon.

Congrats, it is a huge jump from a very slow car to a decently fast car.
