Thought I'd share my latest project. Its a harley twincam motor and trans. I actually built this the first time when I was 19 and still living w/ my parents. This will be the 6th time I put it back together. I've been riding dirt bikes since I was about 5 years old. Did the crotchrocket thing for a short while but ultimately sold to build this. First pic is what it looked like when I first put it together. Next pics are with fresh paint on the chassis. The tank and fenders are waiting to be painted. Colors are primer grey that you can see. The stuff I'm waiting for paint will be the Lambo green. Should look pretty cool. I'll update the thread as I make progress. Hoping to be complete by 4th of July. For those that are familiar with HD, this is a dyna tranny in a rubbermounted softail frame. It utilizes a monoshock under the seat similar to the gsxr's and ninjas. This thing rides like a cadillac.

Nice build! I want to do something similar in the future but more of a streetfighter type. I am not quite out of the crotch rocket phase, dunno if I will ever be. I like speed too much.

Just got finished with a long weekend and got a bunch done. Should be done maybe by this weekend. Nascar is coming to Joliet so I'm not sure if I will have that much time to mess with it. Here is how she sits now:
