Alright, it wasn't stock.

 

I would say my Z28 SS stage II was the fastest stock hp car I have ever drove , (330)hp by dyno. And on a modded car would be a Lexus SC300 that has twin turbos and a bottle, it is now pushing 900+ hp by dyno.

 

1969 chev. 502 big block with 6-71 supercharger Engine dyno on stand 735 hp

1998 Dodge Viper GTS - 450HP

My dads DeTomase Pantera - 351 Cleveland twin turbocharged. 780WHP. Abosultely scary to drive. Damn thing feels like it lifts the front tires off the ground when floored from a stop. When I lived in NC we took the Pantera to Virginia, 220N, 2 lane road, 187MPH. Freekin crazy ! ! !

 

1970 buick gs455 stage 1 skylark.Rated at 360 hp and 510 pound feet.Actually made over 400 hp stock and got 8 mpg.That was over 20 years ago and i still have not ridden in a harder accelerating car.Due to rear end gears the top end was about 110 mph but it got there in a hurry.SCARY brakes though.
