Highest stock HP car You've ever driven
That would be the four cars I currently own.
271 hp Evo
255 hp Mazda RX-7
236 hp Volvo S70T5
220 hp Porsche 928
All of them are stock -- well I think the 928 is stock, but it had at least two owners before me, so I don't really know for sure.

1966 Pontiac Bonneville Convertible, 389ci, tri-power, made about 325hp I think and got a whopping 7 ~ 8 mpg city. Drove it through last year of high school until pops got in an accident with it - he bought it originally. God forbid if something even as big as a Ford Expedition got in its way, it would freight train it. I believe cars such as this gave birth to the category named "land barge"
Actually, I have owned these...
2002 Porsche 911 Twin Turbo (445 hp w/ mods)
1998 BMW 750iL (430 hp V12 w/ chip mods)

2000 Acura NSX-T (290 hp)
1996 Porsche C4S (282 hp)

My buddy's FC-3S RX-7 with crazy mods estimated at ~350-400hp...that thing was loud as hell.
He blew the apex seal of its engine and now he just ordered an FC-3S 13B engine. It's sitting in his garage now.

The FC is a fun car to drive, very fast, distintive engine sound, RWD....However, his AC was broken, power window didn't work that well and I was like sitting in a steam room under the Texas sun. And it's noisy like sitting next to a jet
but still fun.
He got the his RX-7 (Turbo II) like $7K and drive it down from OH. Very well maintained. All the previous problem AFTER he start tuning his car
. Anyhow, he got 3 more FCs for $500 TOTAL when a local used car dealership went out of business. Those were his donors and he ended up selling all 3 of them while keeping all the good parts for his own.
