All around best car ever made.. No american car can out break any German car!

 

It is hard to compare pricing between a GM Car Vs. Porsche. GM is the largest Auto Manufacturer (Toyota?) In the world. Corvettes are mass produced compared to anything from Porsche (Maybe the Boxter). The car is made here in Kentucky, and always will be for brand identity. It will always be cheaper too being that it is domestic and made by GM. The Dollar is also weak compared to the Euro or Pound so the prices to import, import taxes, exchange rate, and obviously higher build quality and more focus on luxury will always make the Porsche more expensive and from a monetary stand point less of a performance bargain. Hell you can option out a Porsche Boxster to 90K!!!!!!!!!!!! God knows why....

The Vette will always be a performance bargain, that is it's niche and it fits perfectly. I don't know how it would compare if it got over 100K, but it looks like it may get that way.

 

I am interested to see how the new Nissan GT-R compares to both the Porsche and Z06, damn I can't wait till October.

 

I am not too excited about the GTR. I think it'll be overweight and underpowered.
