New STI looks like a Mazda Speed that Good Bummed Rush with no lube.

THIS IS SUCH A PLANTED PHOTO. Let me get this right: everyone wants to know what the front of the STI will look like. We have no idea what the front wheel arches will be like, headlights, etc etc. And yet, someone intelligent and interested enought to "snap" these photos in an open parking lot does not take a photo of the part of the car 80% of the market wants to see?

I don't believe it for a minute, this was staged or better yet released by Subaru.

If is was not, the individual who was so helpful to take these photos needs to be hit in the head with a shovel.

Jesus....

You make a lot of sense. Folks at the subi forum are wondering the same thing.

Pics leaked on purpose? Viral marketing?

I mean..if that was me, and I saw that just parked there w/ no one in it..I sure as hell would take more than 3 freaking pics.

Wow, it's amazing how pictures so simple can strike up all these rumors. It's like perezhilt'en.com for the subaru. Anywho. I'm pretty sure any crazy subie freak would have waited for hours parked in front of this car to find out more and take pictures of every single inch of the car that they have enough room on their memory card for. The idea that this is a viral piece sounds good to me.

i already posted this in *other cars*.. but i have to say its just a mule

They've been tight about the STi why would they not have camo on it now....

List of reasons also to note:
Body looks unfinished (fender flares)
No sti emblems on car
The flares i think should resemble the ones we saw with the black camo (these dont)
The rims don't look like they will be STi rims

But if it does look like that.. Subaru will have their hands full with the EVO X fast..

The STI would have to out perform the Evo X something SERIOUS to even think about getting people onto their ish, plain & simple.

Seriously, this thing is so friggin ugly I am actually almost convinced that the STi... may just be atad bit quicker then the Evo X, otherwise they'd be screwed without the vasoline

Maybe Subi decided to quit competing against the Evo because that is a sure way to do it. At least now it is a toss up which looks better the Evo or the STI. With that design I can’t see STI owners trading up for the newer model.

i'm gonan laugh when 1/2 of you **** talkers end up getting a STi lol

i thought the evo looked goofy and didnt really like it even though it has potential super car performance. Then i drove one and made myself like it lol

2 years later still happy lol

<- hypocrite

sti might end up being much better than the next evo, we'll see =-)
