what tires, tires make the main difference in track racing... also what chassis is the ls1 in, if it is a c5 vette, i would say it would smoke the rsx

 

I'd say the Camaro/Firebird would be faster. (The Corvette would annihilate it)

Road and Track tested the S2000 and Camaro at Thunderhill Park with Steve Millen driving.

Lap time results:

Camaro - 2:16.46
S2000 - 2:17.66

The Camaro was faster than the S2000.....an S2000 is MUCH faster than a RSX-S. Thus, Camaro spanks RSX-S.

 

LS1 anything by a mile.

 

A LS1 in a Caterham 7 would kick anythings ***!

Well it would depend on the relative climate conditions and the home turf... Of course, the RSX is going to whomp on the LS1 if they're in Japan and it is approximatly between 32 and 67 degrees farenheit in the rain.
