Huh? No LS1 will ever runs 10s with headers, exhaust, tune and rear suspension, as the only mods so I don't know what the purpose of posting this list is. I don't know, anything can happend on the streets and going from a slow roll like 20mph plays into the Camaro's advantage. I am not sure what speeds the race went till, but eventually the EVO would have pulled.
A 30R pump gas EVO should be around 390 to 420whp (some make more) that is more than enough power to take out a LS1 with headers, exhaust, tune, and rear suspension, as only mods. But hey anything can happend on the streets, a poor driver can make a fast car look slow.

The top list there are lots of 10's with the latest Ls1 cams it is a reality that you can hit 10's with a cam and bolt ons. As for the race I'm sure the driver mod was needed.
