Post -=- Pentaxis' Fully Built MR2 Progession - 370whp on Pump Gas! -=-

Finally after a year and half in the making, my motor project is complete and finally tuned! I had John Reed of RRev Motorsports in Portland Oregon do a complete driveability, cold start, and power tune. Here is the results for pump gas power!

The shop was 83 degrees during this pull. Boost was 18lbs. Redline was set at 7600 rpm. One thing to note is that the peak power is at redline. I had John raise the redline to 8k as the car is built to handle it. He said that should probably be good for 10 more at the wheels but the dyno wasn't available to prove it.

John also said during intial pulls, the car made 306whp at 11lbs of boost! I couldn't believe a TD06 did that! He is looking for the runfile for that run so I can post that up as well.

I will get one more pump gas pull at the higher rev limit hopefully when I go back to do a racegas tune and max this TD06 kit out! =) After that, either an HTA35R, or Full Race Twin Scroll GT35R!

Just a note, the engine bay pic needs updated in a bad way. This shot was prior to the intake manifold, intercooler, and speed density conversion.
