you've got pm
Sorry Lan.
I'm gonna run a search. There was a thread posted about 2 months back regarding some guy who's neighbor or something has a McLaren and a bunch of other high-end lightspeaders. The whole thread was chalk-full of pics of the McLaren from angles only an owner would ever experience.

Ahhh, where do I start. I love that Carrera, I really do. It's a georgeous car and had a but load of power. HOWEVER, you'd be hard pressed to find a Porshe that could take a Lamborghini in any stock race. Bottom line.

The 911 GT2 is a pretty close battle for the Murc, if you want to look for comparisons.

Europe as well as the rest of the world use a different formula to calculate HP. Basically it doesn't have quite as much as you think. Most of the upper hand would be due to weight not raw power. But if you really think it this GT could beat the successor of the Diablo that's cool. Posts don't mean **** without proof. But don't be so hasty in stating a Porsche will ever beat the Enzo. Not likely son.

Also, I'm not your son, you're not a pimp, and you don't know **** about cars. Sorry to burst your bubble.

Europe (and the rest of the world) measures brake horsepower just like the US does, except they report in metric horsepower, typically referred to as PS. 1 PS = 0.9863 HP. Thus, 612 PS = 604 HP (though Porsche is report 605 SAE HP). Any way you want to slice it, the GT has 30-40 more horsepower in a package that is 700-800 lbs lighter and considerably more aerodynamic. I'm not sure what form of race you think the Murcielago will win, but giving up power and carrying around the extra weight is not a good combination. As for the Enzo, it is sporting 660 SAE HP in a slightly heavier package. The Enzo will probably be faster, but not by much. As for the proof, I doubt anyone on this forum will be one of the 400 lucky Enzo owners or ~3000 GT owners, so you will have to live with internet posts and magazine racing, along with basic principles of physics like F=ma.

Seriously though, maybe you should warn people not to **** with or trash talk your favorite car. That way none of us would have to endure that temper tantrum again. You're taking this thread way too seriously. Lighten up and don't insult me or anyone else with your attempts to sound tough on an internet forum. Dude, you're not 10. Grow up, and chill the **** out. As for the "son" comment, I meant no ill will. That's how some guys talk, get some friends and learn when and where to lash out.
