Buddy of mine talks smack about EVO's... yet he drives...

I've got a friend, he is very ignorant. He drives a 2005 Legacy GT LTD. not a bad car, but he wants to get rid of it for something else. I suggested an EVO/STi, and he said no they are kids cars and he is a man. Obviously he is a man he has a trailer hitch on his legacy and just got mud flaps for it BWAHAHAHAHA!!! He also says that R32's are queer cars and look goofy...

I don't know why he said it's a "kids car" I'm 32 years old and the evo is very expesive to own and maintain, unless you have a very good job or mommy pays for everything I don't see how a young kid could afford to own one with the high insurance rate and the price of fuel, so in a sense it is a "mans car" I have three kids, a house payment, and work full time along with my spouse, yet I still like race and drive. The evo is perfect for me.

i bought mine when i was 19. simple: live with parents (keep good relationship with them so you get along with each other), parents will provide shelter (water, food, electricity..etc) and you just got to have a decent paying job.

So, his insecurities are telling him that he has to drive a Subaru Legacy to be a Man? That guy is hopeless.

And a LeGaycy is a mans car??? Probably why he drives one!!! I don't thinks he's man enough for a Evo or a R32!!!!

I'm a 40 year old man, driving a kids car. I like it when 18 year old girls card me at the store as well.

People have odd misceptions of different things...but his point semi-valid. Never have I read / seen of a teenager driving / owning a LGT...but on the otherhand many teen Evo drivers out there. BTW, a trailer hitch on a car is only not goofy if it's for an external bike rack or pulling a mini trailer with racing rims/tires.

Tell your friend, if he's not already on Legacygt.com to sign up!
