I think the scoop is there, but covered by that white adhesive they put on the hoods. That adhesive sheet is there to protect the finish against acid rain, bird poop, etc.

08 sti is faster/better performing but uglyier than the X.

I think it looks ok. I am an EVO guy by all means, but the new STI is BETTER then the EVO X.

 

The WRC hatch homologated style reduces rear lift. The Sti should be incredible in 100mph corners.

 

That thing looks retarded... it just gets worse and worse every year...

I just adapted to the 07 look and now they come out with this crap...

 

I personaly like the way it looks. I also like the way the X looks. But thats just me. I didn't like ether of them at first, but they both have grown on me. I didn't like the 06, 07 STI at first too, but when I saw a friends it started to grow on me. Now I like the 06, 07 STI'S more than the 04, 05. So I didn't like the 08 STI at firs, but a friend got the first one in are area and I saw it in person and it's not that bad. I think its the best looking 4 door hatch/ wagon looking car out there. I still need to see the X in person, but I still like the way it looks. Not a fan of how heavy it is though.
