Trading in evo

Alright heres the deal...i know im going to regret it but im debating on selling my evo IX. I understand the market is not at its highest point right now but I am not 100% set on selling it either. I am an 18year old student and i am addicted to modding. I am tired of spending money and want to settle down. I also live in a populated area wear driving a manual transmission everyday is not the most fun.

Car options?

*Something like a small SUV, put some rims and a nice system in it

*luxury car, maybe 3 series or 4 door benz

What do you guys think? Nothing to expensive, something that will look nice and have the "baller" status if you will

Settle down @18? Not for nothing, but what the hell is wrong with you? You think you have it bad driving a stick in Fl? I live in NYC and I would never get rid of my EVO. At least until something better comes along.

Yeah I can't imagine living in NYC and driving an evo everyday to work. I'll bound to hit someone or something in no time .

Well its just i have a sport bike for speed, my dads got a vanquish s that i can drive so its not th speed i want to get rid of. Its the constant repair. I have had mechanical problems like non other, i have to repair the clutch at 15,000 miles and it seems as if every time i mod something i have to mod another.

My thoughts are like SLVr_AMS said you will find yourself regretting your decision to get something else. I was in the same situation as you about a year ago decided to just pay of the evo and keep it couldn't be happier. Good luck with your decision.

I'd get a Lexus IS-F

Mercedes C63 AMG

BMW M3

Maybe an Audi RS4

These are the only sedans I would trade my evo for.

If you want something not too expensive then

Lexus IS350
BMW 335
MB C350

Edit: Saw your post of your price at ~30k. That limits you a lot

Honestly, if your dad has a Vanquish that he lets you drive decently and you have your bike for speed, I'd go with an SUV or a truck. And then that all comes to test driving and personal opinion.

Either that, or I'd get a basic DD (Civic, Integra, etc) and put the money in the bank to buy a house/condo. At your age an extra 10-15k is a lot to have, especially since I would guess your family still pays for a lot of your expenses (which isn't a bad thing).

Thats what i was thinking about just a smaller SUV. G35 is deffinitely and option now and those you can find for pretty cheap. My price range is 30,000 and less. Its not a huge budget i know but ill start to save money when i dont mod as much. Smaller SUV would be like the new grand cherokees or commanders....with some rims they look decent. And they have that lifelong warrenty now which i love ha.
