Trevor for sure is not sponsored and is full time job is a Aircraft mechanic in the USAF. Given the facts (lack of sponsorship and being full time employed in something else) I think Trevor's achievements are undeniably respectable and admirable to say the least.

Have a look at this list, pay attention to where it says shop/sponsorship, the fastest ones have a shop name, Trevor doesn't.

Definately we are not arguing here (at least I am not), I am saying that in the top of my list is Trevor for achieving so much on his own. Finishing my last comments I have to say that Trevor's has full interior, has stock block(not bored/stroked like others)drives everyday on 91oct, and drives on street BF goodrich.

There are a few guys using 3.5L 6g74 Montero and Pajero blocks. In Matt's case, he is running a stoker made out of a 6g72 block with custom rods and crank. Its a pretty sweet kit.

Quite an achievement for a platform that is heavily overlooked compared to it's contemporaries (RX-7, Supra, and 300ZX).

My cousin has such a desire to pick up a 3000GT VR-4 but has never pulled the trigger.

Congrats.
