Saw my first RX-8 today. Red, heading south on I355 right after Army Trail Road. Since it was on the other side of the median, I couldn't tell if it had dealer plates or not.

Anyone else seen one yet? I wasn't sure if they were even available for sale yet.

I do like these cars though. Liked it ever since the first concept was shown, and that was several years back. I hope I don't see many though, I don't want them to turn mainstream.

 

Have not seen any and do not look for them. I'm not a big fan of them.

 

After my day at the mazda dealership (don't ask) I have been all over and around the things. My local dealership had like 13 in all different colors really nice cars I don't know about the engine thou no torque but very nice car.

i drove right next to a yellow one on my way to work. then i saw a black one pass by while at work. no doubt those cars are freakin beautiful

 

When I went to watch American Wedding there was one in the parking lot. I parked next to it and told my friend that its an awesome car. My friend said I dont even know what the hell it is. But they do look really good in person. BTW it was red with red interior.

 

i saw a whole bunch of them when SCLC was in Malibu, one getting its frist ticket. This punk kid was pulled over with CHP giving him a present heheh.

 

I've seen a few around town, and this past weekend I sat shotgun in one around the streets of willow for about 6 or 7 laps. It's a cool car, but it's a dog.

I saw my first RX-8 two days ago. It was a silver one that passed me going the opposite way in town. It looked really good. I phoned my gf who was following me, but she didn't notice it.
