after looking at it some more, I think the glass canopy pulls lower on the front driver side? That would still be a pretty limited view though ...

 

Very cool design but:

Who can service the car?
Where can you get parts when someone hits you?
How do you insure this car?
being so low how do you clear garage ramps,parking lot ramps?
What about the external mirrors to make it road worthy?

The list goes on and on..good design but very impractical.
