I dont get how he is hating on the gt-r? I think hes hating more towards nissan its self the dealer...Because there not honoring the warranty to fix the car with a mod (lauch control) That came from the factory on the car. Maybe im wrong idk but IMO he not really hating on the gt-r.

So all you guys hating on him are basically saying that you would be happy if you had a GTR that you couldn't fully enjoy? I wouldn't want a voided warranty hanging over my head every time I start it up. They put out a performance car and force you to not drive it like it should be driven!

 

That car is straight sexy either way, and if I had the means at the moment Id have one.

I guess im stuck with a quick warranty-less evo for now

 

Most GTR owners will enjoy their cars and keep their warranties.

 

^^ then they're probably not fully enjoying their cars. I'd still take a z06 with less performance and WAY less headaches. Give me bolt-ons and track days and still a full warranty ftw.

A ferrari might be worth those maintenance headaches/dealer services, but not a nissan.

 

Meh GT-R shmee-TR, I'd rather have a trust-fund, two hot babes, a 997 GT2 for track days, and a 964 red on tan for when I'm pimpin.

Maybe a 355 for when I need to save innocent victims, or Sarah Palin from saying something beyond her mental awareness (which is mostly anything).

friend just got a GTR, dealership said no more than 20 launches will the tranny be covered up warranty. More than 20 launches.....better have deep wallet.

 

Well maybe my "hating" will lead to Nissan making a better product for someone else to enjoy. I know I for sure wouldn't pay for something that is bound to fail and cost 20k to repair. But like someone else stated I'd have a C6Z before the Nissan.
