No, that's not true. The contract states that I can track the car, as long as I take the car back to the dealer for a "performance driving service." It basically changes out all the fluids in the car, and costs approximately $2K.
But the tracking threshold is really high, so on a short track like SOW, the car doesn't think I'm tracking the car. Basically, as long as Oil Temperture stays below 270 degrees and Transmission oil stays below 180 degrees, you don't have to worry about doing the service.

I'm running the BSR (Spec Boxter) Class in POC. I just finished getting my Short Track License, and now I need to get Cup License.

Congrats on the GT-R! Welcome to the club.
Looks like you had some fun at the track. The car is amazing the way it carries speed through the corners. If you have the Bridgestones like I do, try the Dunlops next as everyone that runs them says they will improve your lap times.
Have you joined NAGTROC yet? If not it is the best site for the GT-R.
BTW before you purchase the Mines ECU may I suggest you call AMS first.
If you like you can PM me. Just got back from SEMA and there are a lot of exciting new items coming out for the GT-R.
