So where the Hell did he pull the Z from then? That's the next question. Otherwise the story is totally believable, I named the Evo "Helen" because I got it right when Troy was in theaters.

well you have to remember..these terms were translated from japanese and most of us dont speak or read Shinto

a bluebird could be the messenger of the gods

and "Fairlady" might not mean that, but rather like how they regard pure girls as the vessels of the gods. pure girl = virgin = a fair lady

and i think car names reflect culture but u can correct me if im wrong (american cars named after some sort of thing with power or symbol of raw power or some sort of domineering and superior-aura-giving name lol i.e. Mustang, Bronco, Nova, Charger, Challenger, Firebird, Thunderbird, or euro cars like the Volkswagen Beetle...i mean cmon beetle? that reflects something that people dont want in their house LOLLL =P and Rabbit? if u make it run long enough its heart will explode)

and a 350z is a vessel for the gods =P and to Chaz's reference to Corvette meaning a warship...god's vessel>Warship imo hahaha =P jk its after new years, i still have a hangover and im bored >.<

Here's the page where they refer to the play My Fair Lady being the influence. Probably other stuff on there, but it's too long to read...

Seems like he just had fun coming up with names. Probably private (personal) meanings... I'm sure there are tons of urban legends.
