JDM SIR-G Integra

Been a while since I posted here! Well some of you may know I had one of the few original Evo's on here (JDM Evolution I). I really enjoyed the car, but was becoming a big money pit that was getting in the way of a few of our family plans. So I ended up selling the Evo (took a break from the hobby for a bit) and bought something that would start up everyday, get me around and would also be something I could easily get parts for if I needed any. Well, after we stuck to our plans and sold our townhouse and bought our new house, I kinda found myself getting back into the hobby and began playing around with my "Teg" (oh boy).

Anyways, here are a few shots of it. Still thinking about possibly going back to an Evo (miss the power) but for now, here's what I'm driving.

Shot of the before switching from the Injen short ram to the CF Whale *****

Engine bay

Some of my custom stereo work I did. Spent 2 days total working on it in my spare time.

And yes...This car is a RHD like the Evo

Nice,

no wonder I couldn't find you any more. I buzzed you on team 4G and got no reply.
I bought a wreck and swapped over the good parts. That is really the only way to go with the early evos.

Anyway,

Nice car. WHen I get back to the US it will be the same reliability I will be looking for.

Thanks for the compliment About the bumper, it was a tough call. I got tired of looking like every other JDM integra around here (some of which my friends owned) so I decided to go out on the limb and change the front bumper. I can honestly say that not one person who lives here and has seen it in person doesn't love it over the stock one I had, but on the other hand, I've had a some not like it when seeing it in pictures. Kinda hard to grasp the concept in that shot, but my JDM back bumper and side skirts that came on the car was too agressive for the JDM OEM front so I had to match it up. It's growing on me and kinda like it

I don't have anything new yet!!! But I have been looking hard. No way my Fiance soon to be wife is going to let me get another performance car.

Anyway,

Back to your teg...How does it handle compared to the Evo? Did you have coilovers on the Evo? If not I am sure this feels like you are riding on rails. I'm going for handling more than straightline speed from now on. Nothing beats good handling when it comes to enjoying driving.

The Integra handles nice, but I don't fly around corners in this car like I did the Evo simply because it is front wheel drive It's a lot more confortable ride than the Evo because the ding dongs cut the springs on the Evo! If I could have the best of both worlds, give me the Evo's power with the comfort of this car and I'd be straight

Also not feeling the front, put the oem back and a mugen/spoon lip.

ROFL! If your Evo ain't JDM, then you bought a cheap immitation

I had the Mugen lip on my OEM front bumper and you know what mostly everyone said on Honda forums??? Lose the Mugen lip and don't buy the spoon one (LOL)
