Question Exhaust for 2nd gen DSM

So my roomate has a 2nd gen Talon non-turbo as his daily and he wants an exhaust for it. I know lots of guys on here are former DSMer's so help me help him. Whats a good exhaust for his car thats not really expensive? He's not "building" his car, the stock exhaust rotted out and he figures why not replace with something better.

Thanks in advance guys.

If you'rea a formet dsmer, than your dsm most likely wasn't a n/t cause most dsmers don't really consider those dsms. Keep it stock for the daily.

Serioulsy tell your friend to save those $550 (average) for a cat back as it would yield almost insignificant gains. I never owned a non turbo(NA) DSM as I think it would be a waste in my life. Have a talk to your roomate and convince him that he need to stop spending money to make his NA DSM "fast(can even call that fast). It would be a money pit and a great disspoint.

Have him start with a used 2G DSM, he would be a few light centuries(I am tring to say light years but in hundred increments). Sorry for being so negative.

Check the exhaust on dsmtuners, dsmtalk or dsm forum, wish him the best, he will need a lot of luck.

...

Did you read the post at all? He doesn't care about gains, it's a replacement for a broken stock exhaust.

FFS.

Just pick up a used apexi system.
