Only a widebody can fit that tire, besides this car which is mini tubbed. When I had the 315's with the lower profile 30's on it, I spun at the high end of 3rd at over 100mph. With the drag shocks, dialed in suspension, completely redesigned control arms, taller 35's, and wider 345's, she hooks. It's not JUST about the tire, it's about the entire set up.


I'll do the V8 R8....I LOVE all wheel drive. I've spent 10 years driving insane rwd cars, drag raced every weekend until a few years ago, etc.....At this point, it's out of my system. I just like powerful street cars that I don't have to work too hard to drive. AWD is where it's at.

I have a Gallardo. No reason to do the same chassis with the same engine for the most part. The v8 will offer some variety.

It's not a done deal yet. I treat the car as if I'm keeping it, and if someone wants to come through with my asking price, I'll sell it. Otherwise, I'll just keep enjoying it. Dana at VWR and myself have a little video action planned with it and a certain green car.
