The Black Beast.....Supra.....Finally Done!!!
That's pretty much what happened to me. I tried going TWICE. Once with my TT Gallardo and once with the Supra. Unless you are there by 7:30am, it's pointless. I don't mind the 7am start, but run the show until NOON at least, and set up some tents to keep people out of the Sun. It's just poorly run.
I still cant get over the $150,000+ price tag.
I would rather have
This chick magnet
Or
This pantie dropper
Toss a twin turbo kit($40K) from underground racing on it. And you have a 2 year warrantied *** magnet with boost.
Then a 40,000 dolla toyota.

I already own a twin turbo Gallardo with over $100,000 in mods.
The thing is, I don't have to choose which one I want. I build cars because I want them a certain way. Cost is secondary.
They apply power differently. The Supra is more violent and explosive where the Gallardo is more linear in the way the boost comes on. For sheer shock value, nothing compares to the Supra. As for which is faster, I assume you mean quicker in terms of acceleration. As long as the Supra is boost I'm not sure there is much that can really run with that car from a highway roll race where both guys have a preset speed and it is a planned race. In any other race, the Gallardo would destroy it.

Quite simply, you can't know if you will love the car or not until you actually build it the way you want it. At that point you can judge whether you like them or you don't. I've built TONS of cars only to not be stimulated by them, so I sell them. The only....ONLY....way to know is build it and drive it for awhile. If they don't stimulate my soul....out they go.
