If that becomes the new NSX, I think Ferrari will sue! Looks very cool, but very prototype-ish.

There are plenty of cars that looks like each other. If Ferrari sue they will loose the case. If Ferrari can win then I am surprised that Pontiac didn’t sue Mitsubishi for copying their trademark split nose on their Sunfire. The fact of the matter is there are a lot of cars out there that has similar look to one another and they are everywhere if you pay attention and look around.
