Ok so my dad just bought a 1996 lexus ls 400 for a great price. There are a few problems with the car and we'd like to restore it to the best of our ability. Usually we are used to fooling with hondas,evos and vettes.This is a whole new approach for us. Anyway long story short the car needs some upholstry touch up,new carpet,power windows dont work,and possible transmission problems which occurred after the previous owner was fooling with the electronics and power windows. We'd also like some wheels and paint and body work. The body is fairly straight with maybe a ding or two and driver door needs to be re alligned. If anyone has any resources such as a website for the lexus community theyd reccommend or an individual who is familiar with this car, help would greatly be appreciated. I am in the south florida area. Any and all help would be appreciated.
