2011 mustang gt

Are you saying the performance will be that different stock? No again. the extra 100 hp is what the Mustang needs to keep up with the Evo X. It probably didn't need that much. Stock, of course.
It's crazy b/c they have been talking about the Mustang GT going to an Ecoboost V-6 for a while and now they get a bigger V-8. I'm glad.
It wasn't a great analogy. I'm making the comparison because they are COMPLETELY different cars. It seems odd to me to be deciding between a 2 door RWD V8 and a 4 door AWD I4. As for prefering a Mustang over an Evo if that is indeed the case, to each his own. I personally would never want a high HP RWD that can't turn corners without thousands invested in a proper suspension over a good balanced all around car with a lot of potential. That's just me and since everyone on this board is here for the Evo I'm sure there would be a lot of people who agree with me. Again, it's only my opinion and ultimately each person makes his car choice based on a lot of different factors.
dooooo want!
The 5.0L 415hp engine appears to be a slightly detuned version of the Shelby gt500 motor. Also the V6 model will be putting out almost as much power as the current 4.6L gts. If the pricing model for the mustangs says constant this will put a 400+hp coup at a bargan price. The base model vette only has 430hp and starts at 50k.
Also this puts enough power into the mustang line that they can bring the Focus RS (320hp) from europe without worring about it competing with the mustang on power.

nahhh musang does not compare to comfortability, handling, power of the evo. An evo is literally and every day car that you can go grocery shopping with a baby seat in the back, then go to the track after you drop your baby off lol..mustangs are not very comfy cars ( at least from my 6'1'' 235lbs point of view).
