tell them to watch togear... evo wins, stock for stock and with mods. Its cheaper to make power on an evo. We only have to buy 2 cams they have to buy 4 and the boxter motor sucks to put cams in
lots of work. To be honest though I love both cars.

I enjoyed this thread greatly http://www.iwsti.com/forums/off-topi...ock-turbo.html One guy in particular slaps everyone in the face halfway down the page. Wise man haha
fanboys will be fanboys and not even facts from Subaru saying "sorry mitsubishi is right" will work.
Just had an argument with a black wrx with an evo wing (yes an ix wing) saying he beats evos all the time. asked what tbe he had along with his bov and his response was "aftermarket". I love that aftermarket company!! based around New Finfoundlandlinworld? right?

There are fanboys everywhere, including on Evom. I have had many laughs when reading some of the anti-Subaru dogma on here since even world class Evo tuners disagree with it.

The Evo vs STI debate has been beaten to death. They are both great cars and both can be made to run faster than the other. It all boils down to cost. In the end, just enjoy the car (which ever brand) for what it is, during the time that you have it and then move on.
That's true. They both have weakness and strengths, but are both great cars and comparable. The handling reviews by outside sources are what really gets me about the evo though. Also lots of people go subaru to mitsu - wrx- to evo for me, which says something... since people do tend to stick with a preferences for one manufacturer.
I used to always want a subaru cuz of the sound and the blue on gold. Drove one and loved it. But then i did researched everywhere and drove an evo compared the two and just knew what i wanted. I couldn't believe the difference but if i could i would own both, it was a great car.
