If you had tinted windows on a "daily driver" car. Then yes you will have a good chance of a LEO pulling you over, and giving you a ticket. In a Viper, no. LEOs know if they owned a car like that. They would do the same. Whether if it's tinted windows, or driving a little weeeee bit over the speed limit..
