Engine was rebuilt by LVMS less than 10k miles ago. 56k miles on the odometer
Transmission runs smooth, no grinding.
STI front and rear seats.
MRT FMIC.

 

How much power does it put down? I'd look for receipts and services in case. The tranny is the weak link when you start making some decent power from what I've heard.

 

how does it run? test drive it and let us know how it feels.

havent drove it yet but im just worried about the motor since it blew at 56k i dont know what the seller has done to it

I have owned 2 subaru's before and I was always afraid to blow my engine. Well I built my last 08 sti engine and that blew up horror story. Still haunts me until today that I have dumped so much money and it just let lose. Anyways I have the EVO and it is definitely one of the best handling and stock power cars I have owned.

honestly, find yourself a car with as little owners as possible, and one that has no mod's. High mileage cars are sometimes the best to buy, specially if the owner had a good distance to work on an open road.

buying cars that had an engine rebuild to early may turn into a nightmare since other parts are probably abused aswell

 

those transmissions are like glass btw

 

In my opinion? If it looks to good to be true...

 

A good number of my friends have blown the motors in their wrx's without crazy mods. I don't trust those cars much. I'd stay away.
