Located in Chicago, why would you want to leave AWD to RWD unless you plan on parking the EVO/M3 in the winter? Keep the EVO! The M3 isn't worth the price jump which in your case like $21K.
just think your friends wont be as comfortable in the backseat as they were in the evo (nice leather but tight!) I'd keep your evo man, its faster and I think its more exclusive, plus you only owe 17k, just spend the other 20K that you would spend on the m3 on on evo upgrades. spend 10k more on the evo and with the other 10 buy yourself something nice!

Keep the Evo man, M3 is too expensive for tuning. (unless Ure loaded, but then if U were U could keep both).
Or if U married or engaged buy the M3 for your other half and then u can keep both :-))
