Did you know....?

That the hyundai genesis coupe 2.0T has the exact same engine block as the X? It's a 4b11 clone, since hyundai bought the engine block plans from mitsu. The turbo is no where near the same since the car only has 210HP and all other things are different as well, but the block itself is a 4b11 clone

I did not know that. That's pretty cool.

I really like the Genesis Coupes. I was browsing some of the forums the other day and saw some really sick set ups, with with huge staggered Volk setups, big turbo kits, etc..

Yea they share the same basic design on the outside but the 4b11t has better internals than the "Theta II". Theres other differences as well. wins lol

thats why i was going to buy one. with some mods you can get the same performance for a lot less money. the difference is RWD vs AWD and in NE, no thank you.

did you know this is reeeeeally old news lol....but the one on the evo is a lot stronger. Mitsu and hyundai/kia have co-worked together for awhile. dsm guys still use he hyundai valve covers, because the head is the same with that of a dsm.
